Shipping Policies
Our products ship usually within 5-7 days. When ordering a custom designed product, please allow an extra 2 days for shipping. We ship via the United States Post Office with Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. All Priority Mail comes with a delivery confirmation. Free shipping is given on orders totaling $50.00 or more when the order is shipped within the United States only. Jewelry purchases do not qualify for the free shipping offer. Currently we ship only to the United States and Canada. Additional charges may incur once the exact weight of the package is known. Please allow extra time for shipping internationally and be aware countries may charge duties and taxes once the package reaches their borders. If you are intersted in our products and live in a country other than the United States and Canada, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to get our products to you.

Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note: if a method of payment is denied we will do our best to work with you. With our secure site we do not have access to any credit card information so in order to reprocess a declined order we will have to obtain that information from you. All records are kept private, held in the strictest confidence, and are for our use only.
Our Return Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if any of the products you receive arrive damaged. We will do our best to replace the product with the same item or refund your money if that product is no longer available. If you are disatisfied with your products, we will accept any product back in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, please call to notify us of your desire to return the product. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed ONLY for the cost of the products. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we have received the returned item and determined that it is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped out, we will credit your charge account. Please note that it can sometimes take a couple of days for refunds to post to your account. Refunds will not be made on damaged products if we were not notified prior to receiving the items back in our store.
