Shipping Policies
Our products ship usually ship within 2-3 days. When ordering a custom designed product, please allow an extra 2 days for shipping. We ship via the United States Post Office with Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. All Priority Mail comes with a delivery confirmation. Free shipping is available on orders totalling $35.00 or more for orders shipped within the United States only. International shipping rates will be applied when order is processed. Additional charges may incur once the exact weight of the package is known. Please allow extra time for shipping internationally. We currently offer shipping to: England, Australia, Sweden, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland. If you are intersted in our products and live in a country other than those listed above, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to get out products to you.

Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note: if a method of payment is denied we will do our best to work with you. With our secure site we do not have access to any credit card information so in order to reprocess a declined order we will have to obtain that information to you. Please be assured that all records are kept private and are for our use only.
Our Return Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if any of the products you receive arrive damaged. We will do our best to replace the product with the same item or refund your money if that product is no longer available. If you are disatisfied with your products, we will accept any product back in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, please call to notify us of your desire to return the product. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the returned item and determined that it is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped out, we will refund your money. Refunds will not be made on damaged products if we were not notified prior to receiving the items back in our store.
